Hazrat Shah Mufti Shah Muhammad Nawalur Rahman (Dāmat Barakātuhum) is the Head and Founding Patron of this Academy, which is officially registered in the United States.
Mufti Muhammad Ataur Rahman Sajid Qasmi is one of the founding members of the Academy and serves in an advisory and consultative capacity, providing occasional guidance on religious and educational matters.
The Academy’s financial, educational, and administrative affairs are independently managed by its local staff and administration. Other associates also provide advice and support from time to time.
