Exam Details

In all academic fields of the academy, two examinations are conducted in a year, the details of which are as follows:

(2) Six-month examination (in the last week of Rabi-ul-Awal)
(2) Annual examination (in the second week of Sha’ban)
Students’ roll numbers and exam schedules are sent by email a few days before the exams.

Examination Method:
Exams are usually written, but a few elementary level books are examined orally. In the written exam, the time for each paper is academic time. Email the papers ten minutes (1 minute) before the scheduled start of the paper.

The question papers for the six-month examinations are prepared by the teachers themselves, while the annual examination papers are prepared by other teachers.
Generally, each book and article has five questions, three of which are mandatory, each question consists of different components and each component has a different number.

Exam results:
During the examination days, the examiners look at the examination papers in their spare time and return the papers within about 2 days, and an effort is made to get the results within 3 days.
Once the results are compiled, the “Examination Committee” scrutinizes the results, examines the results and reviews the papers with unequal marks, as well as the papers of students with distinction and failing marks.

A separate result is prepared for each student and sent by e-mail.

Success rates:
Each article has 100 marks, out of which 3 marks are for the original answer, 3 marks are for happiness, 3 marks are for the article and 4 marks are for Arabic.
A minimum of 3 marks is required for success, and the degree criteria for successful students are as follows:
• Mumtaz: 1 to 2
• Medium: 1 to 2
• Popular: 1 to 2
A student who scores less than this is considered “unsuccessful”.
Students who succeed with good marks are encouraged, and a certificate is awarded upon completion of the course.
* After the results of the examination are compiled, a meeting of the teachers of the academy is held and the results of each class are commented on and the thought of creating further forms of development is considered.
