Hazrat Shah Mufti Shah Muhammad Nawalur Rahman Sahib Damat Barakatham is the head of this academy. He is the one who founded the academy, and it has been officially registered in the United States. From the very beginning, the financial, educational, and administrative affairs of the academy have been handled by me, Mufti Muhammad Ataur Rahman Sajid Qasmi. In addition to myself, other individuals connected and related to the respected Mufti have also been involved in the advisory matters of the academy. Alhamdulillah, they are consulted and benefited from in the academy’s affairs from time to time.
